The Child Care Council of CCE offers many services for individuals who work with young children in Herkimer, Madison, and Oneida counties. We provide many programs and training opportunities to help you understand and comply with rules and regulations to provide quality child care.

Children practice family style dining and healthy eating habits at the University Head Start in St. Paul, MN. University Head Start is part of the Community Action Partnership of Ramsey and Washington Counties. Heart Start programs participate in CACFP and serve family style meals and snacks.


The Child and Adult Care Food Program is federally funded to provide nutrition education and monetary reimbursement to offset the cost of serving nutritionally balanced meals and snacks in daycare & school settings.
