Your Child's Developing Brain
New science tells us that our children’s first years are when they develop the foundation for all future learning. Every time we connect with them, it’s not just their eyes that light up—it’s their brains too. In these moments, half a million neurons fire at once, taking in all the things we say and do. We can’t see it happening, but it’s all there, all at work. That's why these years are the most important years of their lives!

Vroom is a free app that parents can use that shows the science behind the day to day interactions you have with your children. From folding laundry together, sharing a meal together to combing their hair - your child's brain is growing bigger and stronger in these moments!
Vroom not only shows your child's development, but encourages parents by providing additional suggestions for interactions during shared moments with children. We encourage all parents and caregivers to visit www.joinvroom.org for information on child development and how your everyday actions help to promote it.
