Legally Exempt Providers are required to take this 6-hour training by September 30th 2017.
Training will be held for the following dates and locations:
November 8th,10am-4:30pm at the Canastota Library CANCELLED
November 15th from 10am-4pm at the Utica Library CANCELLED
December 13th from 10am -4pm at the Utica Library CANCELLED
You MUST call to register for the session you would like to attend and submit your
$10 payment 5 business days prior to the training. Those who arrive to the training
without having registered AND paid will be turned away. Payment for this
training can be made with a money order or cash hand-delivered to our office.
If a session does not have 6 registered and paid participants it will be cancelled and
only paid and registered participants will be contacted.
