The focus of this training is to move all child care programs toward best practice standards. Whether you are a Director of a Day Care Center, School-Age Child Care and Enrolled Legally Exempt Group program, you are in a position to make high quality care your main focus. We will discuss components of high quality, illustrate regulations and best practice, and discuss challenges and identify resources that will be ideal for supporting best practice. This training is mandatory for all new Directors hired after September 31, 2017. (It is not required for LE Director’s at this time.)
