Awards will honor direct and indirect service providers from Herkimer, Madison and Oneida Counties
Tickets can be purchased from April 5th - April 28th
Prices:
Nominees are free!
$25 per person, $20 with College ID, $15 for K-12 Students

Registration/Cash Bar/Social Hour starting at 5:30pm.
Sit Down Dinner and Ceremony to begin at 6:30pm.
