DESCRIPTION:In continuation of our Self Care Saturday series, we have scheduled a Resilience & Thriving training for licensed/registered child care providers in the tri-county region we serve! This interactive training helps participants identify and manage stress at home and work. You’ll explore your current coping strategies, learn tips to manage stress in positive ways, and recognize early and late warning signs. The session includes goal-setting exercises and the opportunity to create a vision board—a visual representation of your goals. Crafting supplies will be provided.This free training will offer 2 hours of OCFS credit. Lunch will be provided! Meet us in the 'Community Room' at the library.
