 (presented by Full Lotus Yoga)
 Join the Child Care Council for a free wellness session with Full Lotus 
 Yoga!  During this 2 hour session, we will focus on both our internal 
 and external wellbeing, pairing simple movements with breathing and 
 thought exercises.
 
 Drinks, snacks and equipment are provided, come with your waterbottle and clothing that helps you to move easily. 
 
 This training is free, will offer 2 hours of training credit for OCFS 
 topic area 10 AND a goodie bag worth $20 of wellness supplies
