Child care program leaders and providers are invited to attend a QUALITYstarsNY Recruitment Session near you!  Amy Burns-Franz, Quality Improvement Specialist for Utica/Mohawk Valley, will host recruitment sessions the in January to further explain QUALITYstarsNY as well as the participation process.
