In this training we will explain and discuss the identification of physical, sexual & emotional abuse, describe the roles of a Mandated Reported and the responsibility of caregivers in helping children deal with the traumas of abuse. We will look at the indicators, as well as future outcomes of abuse and the reporting of suspected child abuse and maltreatment. We will also identify the importance of direct supervision of children for the safety of infants and other young children. We will take a look at the effects of SBS, learn how and why it occurs and ways to prevent it from happening. Free training, $10 holding-fee, reimbursed to those who attend.
