Legally Exempt Providers are required to take this 6-hour training by September 30th 2017.
Training will be held for the following dates and locations:
August 18th, 10:30am-5:30pm at Jervis Library CANCELLED *August 22nd & 24th, 5pm-8:30pm at CCE Oneida CANCELLED
August 28th, 9am-4pm at the Utica Library (limited space)
*September 6th & 7th, 5pm-8:30pm at CCE Oneida
September 7th, 9:30am-4:30pm at the Canastota Library
September 15th, 10:30am-5:30pm at Jervis Library
September 21st, 9am-4pm at the Utica Library
*Both listed dates must be attended to receive training credit.
You MUST call to register for the session you would like to attend and submit your
$10 payment 5 business days prior to the training. Those who arrive to the training
without having registered AND paid will be turned away. Payment for this
training can be made with a money order or cash hand-delivered to our office.
If a session does not have 6 registered and paid participants it will be cancelled and only paid and registered participants will be contacted.
