In this training we be reviewing CACFP requirements and we will define and discuss the importance of physical activity. We will learn the benefits of incorporating physical activity in your everyday routine. We will identify numerous inclusive, developmentally appropriate physical activities that are motivating and non-competitive. We will also discuss some of the perceived barriers to leading physical activity and share ideas that overcome these barriers. Make sure to wear your sneakers because we will be playing!
