4-H Yoga/Youth Empowerment Workshop

Join Oneida County 4-H Alum Justine Hutchins on May 11th, at the CCE Office, for our first 4-H Yoga/Youth Empowerment Workshop.

Justine is a pediatric occupational therapist and a 200 hour certified yoga teacher. She is also an accomplished equestrian in a variety of disciplines. Over the years she has earned numerous national awards, as well as multiple world and reserve world championships. Justine has learned a variety of techniques to connect with herself, her horses, and her goals. Yoga, meditation, and visualization are a few of the tools that she has learned along the way and enjoys sharing with others.

Open to any Oneida County 4-H Member, ages 13-18

Cost: $5 per 4-H Youth, the first 5 kids to register attend for FREE!

Limited number of Yoga Mats are available to borrow. No prior yoga experience necessary! Come have fun and experience something new!

Checks can be made out to and mailed to CCE Oneida, Attn: Lisa Farney, 121 Second Street, Oriskany, NY 13424. Please note it is for the 4-H Yoga Workshop. Or Cash to be paid ahead of time at the office or the morning of the event.

Tentative Schedule will be as follows:

Saturday, May 11th

10:00 a.m. - Welcome/Introductions

11:00 a.m. - 15 minute Break with Snacks

12:00 p.m. -Evaluations/Wrap Up
