This training will provide an understanding of state regulations and basic standards expected to give children the best opportunity for care in an environment that is safe. This training will give providers the knowledge to observe and predict any risk and eliminate hazards, as well as consistently practicing routines that lead to the prevention of germ transmission and illness.

This training fulfills the mandatory 15 hour Health & Safety training requirement necessary to become a NYS regulated family or group family child care provider. Presented by a NYS certified Health & Safety trainer. You must attend all classes in a session to receive your certificate

Class will be held in-person at CCE Oneida with a limited number of spaces available.
