Manuel Marcaida, Subha Srinivasagan, Sunoj Shajahan, Quirine Ketterings (Nutrient Management Spear Program) , will discuss how advances in sensor technologies and analytical tools (machine learning and spatial statistics) now make it possible for farmers to be create management zones and make more informed decisions about crop inputs and nutrient management. In this session, we will talk about gathering high quality sensor-based data, creating yield maps and management zones for the farm, making use of grid-based soil.
