4-H Dairy Cattle Clipping Clinic

*Open to enrolled Oneida County 4-H Members only*

This hands-on workshop will cover all aspects of fitting and preparing dairy cattle for the show ring, including:

• Body Clipping Techniques
• Building and Shaping Toplines
• Belly Hair Blending
• Adhesives and Fitting Products
• Clippers and Equipment Used
• Tips, Tricks, Advice and More

Participants will also have the opportunity for hands-on practice, making this a great learning opportunity for youth of all skill levels.

Youth are highly encouraged to bring their clippers, hair dryer and topline brush if they have them, but it is not required. We will have some equipment available for participants to use during the clinic.

Please register by May 10 to help us plan a fun and successful event.
