Pork Production & Marketing Workshop

Presentations cover a variety of production, biosecurity, meat quality, and marketing topics, with the central theme of ensuring that quality, wholesome pork makes it to our local consumers. We will be joined by Emma Kron, Executive Director of the NY Pork Producers, who will be sharing information about NYPP as well as information on the Pork Checkoff and how this program benefits producers.
