Beautification Projects

In the past, our Master Gardener Volunteers have worked closely with the Mohawk Valley Growers Association on a beautification project at the Oneida County Office Building.

Participating growers donate the plants and submit a planting plan for the planters surrounding the office building. Through the years the Master Gardener Volunteers have coordinate the planting with outside youth agencies such as: Oneida County 4-H, House of Good Shepherd, UCP Chadwicks Program, ARC BOCES and other various organizations.  See some of the results from these beautification projects, below:
